Mobile access to My Health Record now live through Healthi app

Consumers can now access and view their My Health Record (MyHR) on mobile devices with the soft launch of the Healthi app, the first authorised consumer app to link to the national system since the My Child's eHealth Record app was released back in 2013.

Developed by Adelaide-based IT consulting firm Chamonix, which built the HIPS technology that is used by most states and territories to link hospitals to the MyHR, Healthi accesses the record through a seamless link to MyGov and retrieves and presents a summary of information and documents on iPads, iPhones and Android devices.

Hmmm it doesn't seem to come up in general search results on the Google store, and also doesn't allow email address login so we have to recall the strange unique ID we were given. Still a great step forward

I have downloaded the app from the apple store entered all the information and each time I try to access my record the app closes down , have tried multiple times . The nice thing is it can remember that wonderful nonsensical username the government gave us and your password as you need a pin to gain access to the APP. A good step forward when I can get to my record. Vickie Edwards NSW

I am having the same problem...its keeps shutting down. Good concept but VERY poor functionality and usability.

I have Forgotten my password and trying to get it resend/reset. I have waited 10 minutes and no email has arrived. I know it has my email as I received the Username to this email, prior to the password request.

Downloaded the app on my Android phone when the article first came out. Has worked spotlessly for me since installation. Android version 4.4.2
