This is a workshop for clinicians, health practitioners, medical researchers alongside entrepreneurs, designers and developers in the process of shaping their startup.

Summary:
Starting a startup is hard. In this workshop you will learn:

• Using proven practices such as design-thinking and lean startup methodologies to plan your startup activities from inception to scale and growth
• Understand the value of defining your culture from values and purpose to build a solid foundation for your startup
• Explore customer segments and build a solid value proposition
• Through the process of build, measure and learn create a minimal viable product to launch your startup
• Learn key tips from thousands of interactions with startup founders and countless experiences operating and scaling a startup

Workshop Leaders
Run by Leon Gouletsas and Chris Bartlett, experienced technology consultants and business advisors. They have worked at IBM, Indiegogo, goCatch. The workshop will allow startups to apply their vast marketing experience in product development, research, innovation, promotion and communications to their own companies.
Leon and Chris are passionate about design and user experience.
