Telstra Health releases major upgrade to electronic medical record

Telstra Health has launched an upgraded version of its electronic medical record (EMR) at
Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney and St John of God Midland Hospital in Perth, with plans to launch to its entire client base this year.

Telstra Health says the upgrade has a number of key functionality improvements including new multi-tasking capabilities to enable staff to write progress notes documentation from anywhere in the EMR while viewing information from other modules.
It also works natively on mobile devices.
