Clintel Systems announces distribution agreement with Omni-Health
Clintel Systems (formerly HealthSolve) has announced a distribution and sales agreement with Omni-Health Technologies, covering Singapore and Malaysia.
Clintel Systems is an Adelaide-based company that provides web-based clinical management software to the aged, acute and community care sectors under the product banners ‘The Specialist’ and ‘CareRight’.
Omni-Health is a leading provider of Automaton Solutions and Service for healthcare institutions in South-East Asia.
According to the companies involved, a key component of the relationship will be the integration between Clintel’s suite of care management systems and the Omni‑Health automated pharmacy solutions, which will streamline the prescribing and distribution of medication in healthcare institutions.
Nick Cuthbertson of Clintel Systems has indicated that only minimal development will be required to update his company’s products for the Singaporean and Malaysian markets.
“Clintel is a truly paperless system as it provides billing and clinical records all in one. It is a highly scalable system that is quite intuitive, so the translation into the Singapore market will be relatively easy,” explains Mr Cuthbertson.
In related news for Clintel Systems, the company is preparing to release an upgrade for users of its CareRight solution. The additional functionality provides users with the ability to print entire clinical records in a single step and the ability to merge duplicate client records. Improvements to the product’s care plan and progress notes functionality and observation recording features are also included in the update. Detailed notes about the update are included in the product’s Knowledge Base.
