ADHA on the lookout for innovation specialist as de Sain departs

The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) is looking to recruit a new executive general manager for innovation and development to replace Rachel de Sain, who will step down at the end of the month.

Ms de Sain joined the agency in August 2016, shortly after it was established. She has been in charge of overseeing the redesign of the consumer and provider portals for the My Health Record and the agency's design team, led by former Fairfax user experience head Darian Eckersley. She also oversaw the innovation team, which is led by David O’Driscoll.

In a letter to staff, ADHA CEO Tim Kelsey said Ms de Sain's vision for innovation, product management and user centred design had been “firmly embedded in the DNA of the agency”.

ADHA is working on two new releases of the My Health Record, one scheduled for April and one for June.
