Best Practice Software has added to its growing New Zealand presence with the appointment of Greg Wood to oversee the delivery of its operations at its Hamilton headquarters.

Mr Wood has a software development background and was most recently product design and development leader with Hamilton-based Pacific Technology Solutions.

He has experience as a senior technical advisor in the public and private sectors in New Zealand and has worked as a systems analyst and product manager in software businesses.

Bp chief operating officer Craig Hodges said Mr Wood would commence work on May 14.

ā€œIā€™m impressed with his credentials and positive outlook for Bp and its team and products in New Zealand, and we look forward to having him on board with us to lead our very committed and experienced local New Zealand team,ā€ Mr Hodges said.

Best Practice's Hamilton centre houses operations for its Bp Premier suite for general practice, Bp Allied for allied health and Bp VIP.net for specialists.
