Kids' collaborative looking for help from PMS vendors

The National Children’s Digital Health Collaborative is setting up a design authority for the solutions it hopes to develop and is looking for GP and specialist clinical software vendors to participate.

The collaborative, which was established last year by eHealth NSW and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network on behalf of the Australian Digital Health Agency, is running three projects: a national child digital health record, a national digital pregnancy health record and national child digital health checks.

It is also researching the concept of a longitudinal digital child health record. The state and territory health departments are taking part.

A call has now gone out for one or two vendors to sit on the design authority to support the delivery and governance of the solution designs being developed.

The idea is to ensure the voice of vendors is heard and to support the oversight of design aspects of the program, including architecture, technology design, business processes, security and privacy.

Expressions of interest close next week. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information.
