Hills taps David Clarke as new CEO

ASX-listed Hills Limited has appointed experienced healthcare technology executive David Clarke as its new CEO, taking over from David Lenz, who is retiring in July.
Mr Clarke was previously CEO of Corum Group, which makes dispensing and point-of-sale software for community pharmacies, for four years before resigning in August 2020.
According to Hills, Mr Clarke has worked with the Medical Software Industry Association to lead the taskforce coordinating the technical readiness of industry and governments for the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out throughout the primary healthcare network.
Hills chair Jennifer Hill-Ling said his experience and business skills will provide Hills with capability to deliver on the company’s health division’s growth strategy and return its distribution division to profitability.
In healthcare, Hills Health Solutions is active in the nurse call and patient infotainment solution sectors and recently signed a deal with US-based patient engagement solution vendor GetWellNetwork to distribute its GetWell Loop and GetWell Inpatient products in Australia and New Zealand.
