Next Tasmanian premier to keep health portfolio

Tasmania’s next premier Jeremy Rockliff will keep his portfolios of health and mental health and wellbeing in a new cabinet following the unexpected retirement of Peter Gutwein.

Mr Rockliff has been deputy premier for eight years and health minister for two. His deputy will be a former health minister in Michael Ferguson.
