Dedalus appoints Mika Joronen as NZ country manager
Health IT giant Dedalus has appointed former Fujitsu executive Mika Joronen as its country manager for New Zealand.
Mr Joronen previously worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in NZ as an account executive for government and defence, and in a similar position for DXC.
Last year, DXC sold its health IT assets to Italian health software firm Dedalus. The company has a large footprint in New Zealand and Australia, particularly in the medications management and patient administration systems sectors.
Dedalus managing director for the Asia Pacific region Daryll Goodall said the company was continuing to grow in the APAC region and is bringing new solutions to the market.
“We are also growing our global R&D team in New Zealand as we are experiencing a large surge in demand for our medication management systems,” Mr Goodall said.
