Woolcock gets permanent gig at AHHA

Kylie Woolcock has been named as the permanent CEO of the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA), taking over from long-term executive Alison Verhoeven.
Ms Woolcock has been acting CEO for the last six months, but has held a senior position as policy director of the association for six years.
The AHHA, which counts many public and not-for-profit health organisations as members, also manages the respected Deeble Institute for Health Policy Research. Its chairman is former NSW health minister Jillian Skinner.
Ms Woolcock has academic qualifications in pharmacy and has worked in the health sector for over 20 years.
